Grande has numerous options for you to either make your contact information public or private, giving you the control to have your number and information in the phone book and 411 Directory Assistance or not.
Directory Listing
Customers’ name and number will be listed in both the local phone book, as well as available on 411 Directory Assistance calls. This default assures that people can easily find your contact information and get in touch with you.
Additional Listing
For people who are commonly known by more than one name, have more than one way to spell their name, have a name that contains two names that may be reversed or roommates with different names, Additional Listing is a feature that ensures the availability of your contact information to the public. Feel sure that people will be able to look you up in the phone book or find you through Directory Assistance.
Alternate Listing
This listing directs callers to an alternate phone line if they call and don’t receive an answer during certain hours or certain conditions. You can list another residence, business or telephone number so that you can be sure and direct people to your current location.
Directory Listing- Non Listed
Non-listed service is listed on Directory Assistance but is omitted from white pages of the phone book. People can call and find your contact information but can not access this from the local phone book. Your name and number will still appear on Caller ID.
Directory Listing- Non Published
Non-published listings do not appear in either the phone book or Directory Assistance. Though your name and number will still be displayed on Caller ID when you make a call, people can not access your contact information from any other listing source.
