Metro Access Network and Collocation

Grande Communications provides delivery of high-capacity SONET, Wavelength and Ethernet-based service, dark fiber and carrier-grade collocation services as well as custom fiber network design and build services. VOIP Terminations

Grande can provide its wholesale customers with VoIP terminations. This enables customers to terminate VoIP originated traffic over Grande’s network in a specified NPANXX footprint. Interconnection Facilities must be provisioned between the customer and Grande’s serving switch. Grande can provision, monitor and troubleshoot these Interconnection Facilities. The Interconnection Facilities may be TDM or IP. The customer also has the option of providing its own Interconnection Facilities. Additionally, Grande offers concentration of traffic from all of its serving switch sites to a single point of interconnection.

Originating Local Access

Grande offers inbound local calling access to ISPs, calling card platforms and VoIP service providers. Customers may interconnect at any Grande Communications' serving switch or designated POP via TDM or SIP. Grande can aggregate multiple rate centers over a single customer trunk group for flexibility and economies of scale.
